Why would I be mad? But I wish if you were really going to pray, that you would pray for Darfur. Having over 400,000 people killed in a genocide is much more tragic that anything going on in my life. As a Buddhist, that is whom I pray for.

You can pray all you want, Its a way you can feel like your doing something, without actually helping.
Even if there is a god, what exactly does your pray do?
To think you can either change gods mind, or give it information that it already doesn't know about is illogical and a waste of both your thoughts and your time.
You are not giving new information to god if god is omnisciences.
You cannot change gods mind if it is perfect. As its perfection would indicate perfect decision making.

So unless your god is flawed and not all knowing you are wasting your time.

If your god is flawed and not all knowing is it really deserving of the title of god?

Why would you pray for me, when you don't even have a clue as to what I might want or need in my Life? Are you praying that I'll "wake up" and realize how superior your beliefs are?

It ain't gonna happen!

I don't care if people want to "pray" for me. I don't believe it does any good and it's a waste of time - but you're not wasting my time or interfering with me so do whatever makes you happy.

Mad? No. Why? Pray away my friend, but don't blame me or yourself when it doesn't yield any results.

I don't see prayer as something to get upset about. If you think it works, more power to you. I've never seen any evidence, but if you want to pray for me, be my guest.
