but in the us, uk and canada it's AB-

In the US and Canada, AB-. They can receive any bloodtype as long as it is negative and can donate to any bloodtype as long as it is negative, an AB+ can receive any bloodtype, but can only donate to an AB+. No wonder I never get a call from Redcross, my blood is useless.

bombay phenotype... it types as an O Negative
it is really an Rh null.
a bombay phenotype can only receive bombay phenotype blood. they make antibodies to O Negative blood.
