I was just at the doctor and she gave me a good bill of health.

I actualy thought I was a bit thin but she did not say anything. And I just realized this now.

It is not that I am anorexic or hate food or anything.

I am healthy and can do activities and am not too thin, but I do not find myself hungry alot.

When I get hunrgy I just eat enough to get full then I have no more deisre to eat more.

I am really sure this is not an eatting disorder so please do not try to tell me that any actual advice?

Been the same way my whole life.

We seem to have weak taste buds, so we don't enjoy food a lot. We enjoy doing other things, and stop to eat now and then. I only get hungry if I miss a meal or two, or work very hard.

But if I'm hungry, I can eat three plates, somtimes three times a day.

If you do any drugs, they could be affecting your appetite. Such as tobacco, alcohol, or anything else. Meth? Cocaine? Heroin? If you are using, I would recommend stopping for a few weeks and seeing if your appetite increases. There are lots of centers and resources that can help you, such as 12 step programs.

If that's not the case, maybe you just have a slow metabolism. I have heard that it is healthier to be slightly underweight than overweight, but definitely the most important thing is to exercise. You said you have enough energy to do activities, so that's good.

I would agree with the others about bringing this up with your doctor though, she can help you with whether you are in a healthy weight range or not.

It's good to stop once you are full, eating more that that is actually unhealthy.

It sounds like you are probably fine.

It's not an eating disorder but you have completley neglected yourself of food since your are too busy with other activities. Due to that your stomach has reduced itself in size in order to accomodate your body food intake. So if you want to eat more it will first upset your stomach but after a while you will get used to it and get into a different cycle of eating. But thats what it is.

I'm the same way. Its probably because you have just trained your stomach to not be hungry as much. If you went through a stressful, or busy part of your life, where you didnt always eat as much as you should, your body just got used to it, so now it doesnt need as much food to feel full.

i wouldn't worry about it if your healthy by what your doc says then as far as i know unless you want to go get a second opinion then i wouldn't really worry about it to much. your probably more afraid that your to thin than you actually are. try asking another persons opinion family or a friend or something and see what they have to say. i really wouldn't worry about it the only thing you can do from here is try eating healthier. but other than that your probably fine and more worried than you need to be.

you probably just have very good eating habits and your body has settled to the changes and isn't as hungry anymore i went though the same thing a few years ago. The body adapts to changes so you will be fine.

i think of which you're in basic terms so busy which you do no longer think of roughly food. you probable additionally get nerve-racking approximately no longer having a sturdy urge for food and seeing different persons savor food extra that for the duration of turn that makes it worse. dealing with food probable appears like a chore or a necessity as against an leisure. you probable in basic terms don't experience as in case you have time to be thinking approximately food. i assume you lead this form of existence or do a job which makes you experience such as you may desire to be on the circulate a lot, and a few human beings are in basic terms like that. They savor being on the circulate. attempt to relax extra and difficulty approximately it much less. You get each and every of the foodstuff what you like by ability of the sounds of it besides. Its classic that folk who've uninteresting jobs the place they take a seat on their bottoms all day placed on a brilliant form of weight and you're probable in basic terms the opposite of that. (different factors like melancholy/bereavement or rigidity illness and panic assaults can limit peoples urge for food too).

Hmm.

well I know that certain things can fill you up quickly and others that decrease your appetite like smoking..

Pasta and grains tend to fill you up on little, and at the same time last longer.

If you eat lots of those that might be your answer

So you're saying you only eat when you're hungry, and you stop eating when you are no longer hungry? I don't see the problem.

Maybe you should give us your height, sex, and weight because most people should probably you know...eat when they're hungry and stop eating when they aren't hungry.
