it might not be that its your Internet modem but i think its your hard drive. Your hard drive can only hold so much or that it might be you need to defragment your computer. by doing this you click on start on your computer and then go to the right side where it says control panel then go on performance and maintenance and go to rearrange items on hard drive to free up space
