Kabbalah is the general term used to refer to the mystic teachings of Torah and Judaism. However, true Kabbalah is only available to Jews with considerable practical and theoretical Jewish education, consistant and in-depth practice of the Mitzvahs, long term community service and exceptional piety. It is hardly for 'beginners'. And Kabbalah is most definitely NOT a cookbook. Maybe, in all of Jewish history, 1/2 dozen Rabbim have had the necessary personal requirements to perform such work.
