Lemons are sour,just like you find life some time. so when you make lemonade, you sweeten it up, that's the way with life. When life goes sour on you just turn around and sweeten it up with something.

To challenge us into taking something bitter and find ways to make it enjoyable and discover and appreciate other things it offers besides the bitterness, I guess....I happen to love lemons...More than life sometimes.
