How will the costs of groceries and even construction of new homes effect all of us? Who will we get to do the jobs that immigrants do for the same pay?

A bit of information, most illegal immigrants receive a pay check from their employer and social security is taken out. Some even pay taxes, state and federal. As for well fare most do not receive it. The majority of well fare users are white people. Immigrants would need a a social security number to partake in well fare and most are happy to work hard for their money. They do not go to the doctor unless in an emergency and rarely get accepted for medic-aid unless for their children. And every child deserve medical services. So I say Tax them and let them pay their bills!

Oh ok, so the unemployed in the united states can't work these say jobs right now? Or don't want to for the same wage. An immigrant worker in constuction gets paid decent but does not get any benefits, which is why they cannot pay their medical bills if they need to see a doctor. On the other hand if someone else worked the 45-50 hours a week they would expect benefits and higher wages. Without immigrants we would have higher cost for construction and or have to employ highschool drop-outs.

Do you realize that when a farmer hires an illegal immigrant to pick his fruit he does it with the intention of saving HIMSELF some money, not the consumer? If Richmond America or Shea Homes stopped hiring illegals to build their homes tomorrow, they would have to pay a decent wage to a legal resident or citizen and they wouldn't even raise the cost of the house. Our market is so stale right now that the builder would have to eat the cost and make a little less profit than what they are used to and believe me, they can afford it.

Americans will pay what they think the product is worth. It is a matter of supply and demand. Do I think we are headed for a recession yes I do but it will have nothing to do with the illegals leaving this country. The housing market bubble has burst and it will and is spreading across the stock market. Less than 5% of Ag is picked by hand. The rest is harvested by large equipment. Those custom harvesters start down south and work their way to Canada during harvest season. Remember the day without illegals? Big parade, foreign flag waving. Did America suffer economically? Nope it was just another day.

No there will never be a lack of immigrant labor.

But an over kill of immigrant labor could cause an economic depression. Think about it. No jobs for the Americans who are paying the taxes. Even more debt for the American government . Taxes will soar. Social Security , Medi-care, slashed. Hundreds of millions of legal Americans without a pot to pea in . Sounds like the Great Depression all over again!

it is said that nowadays the immigrant is doing the jobs that the blacks normally do. So, I think the blacks would be doing the jobs that the immigrants do for the same pay. But the white dude would do it too, but for a higher wage.
And i do think the lack of immigrant labor will cause an economic depression. But the employer's are at fault where that is concern, cause to begin with, they illegally hired an illegal immigrant or immigrants. So if their business soars down, whoopie! they were asking for it.
I don't know how it will affect cost of groceries or housing. Prices go up every year, so it seems.

If businesses did not charge so much for their products and services they would not have to pay a higher wage so that people would be able to afford to live. The billions of dollars that would be saved across the board by removing the illegal immigrant would more than cover the small increase that would be incurred.

Track farming and automation! Nano-bots and micro-devices can smell, sense touch, taste, see colors better than an Eagle, handle berries more delicately and pick only the ripe and ready!

Pre-fab housing: build it inside with CDC's and FRP's! Built stronger, lasts longer!

Teens on the Greens! Recently saw several teen-owned and operated lawn services with there own trailers knockin' down the yards by the dozen! And not a word of jibberish out of'm!

Road construction could see sky-rocketing efficiencies with the application of just a little new capital. Go for it!

As for getting drunk, draining bladders out-of-doors, raping 4-yr olds (Jose Carranza), killing innocent movie directors (Velasquez-Nava killed "A Christmas Story" director, Bob Clark and his 21 y.o. son)? Wait till someone finds a reason to keep such tasks ongoing.

The concept of a unfastened industry is a false impression first of all. probable the only real occasion of a 'unfastened industry' may be the previous barter device, i.e. you're a farmer who desires scientific care, you commerce eggs and milk to a doctor for the scientific care. In our present day financial and company atmosphere a industry itself does no longer even exist devoid of regulations and rules imposed by ability of the two the contributors of the industry of by ability of community, state, and/or federal government. The concept of a 'unfastened industry' is used as form consistent in discussing and comparing financial platforms. in certainty they do no longer and can desire to no longer certainly exist.

We don't have problems with immigration. Our problem is what to do with the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. Certainly it will affect our economy and comfort if the government deport all the illegals however, we won't have any problems recruiting temporary workers from other countries especially Asia. Asians are better educated, are hard workers and most speak fluent English.

Should not cost more then what it does now. The USA would be saving tens of BILLIONS of$ per year by deporting them. It would bring growth back in better paying jobs for the people living here LEGAL. It would also bring jobs available just for rounding the illegals up and deporting. All in all it would be best for the UNITED STATES of AMERICA to deport all illegals

The subprime crash will cause a depression impacting all.

However, suddenly enforcing laws ignored for years will certainly have some dislocation. The end result would be larger slices of the pie for workers legally here.
