and confronted him, to stop beating the girl. After that he pulled out a knife on me, so i ran quickly to my car and grab my 357. mag gun and told him to back off. He jump into his car and took off. And i took the girl home. Do you think he will call the police on me?

Why the hell would he call the cops he would just be basicly turning himself in, you are protected by good citizens act. I hope after that you scored the girl. A 357 Mag would be enough to make anyone run. Good job.

Why did you take the girl home instead of calling the police, then they could have seen that she got home safely. You did stop him from beating on her but you also took some very serious chances and could have been killed yourself ~ be thankful "he" didn't have a gun. Can't second guess what you've already done but sure hope you will call the police in the future and be more careful for your own safety.
And how much you want to bet she is right back with him again, even after all you did? Hopefully no one got your license plate number...... Watch your back for several months to come and if it were me, I'd be moving

No you most certainly did not. You walked by and watched a man beat a women. You are a coward!. I to many years ago witnessed a man hitting a women, I am a women and i was 50. I had just puled up in my car when this happened i took my club lock from the car and said to him in a very strong tone If you don't stop hitting this women im going to smash this over your head. This man stopped immediately. Then security came and said your one brave lady. Yes some women can be idiots and some have big mouths ,but they do not deserve to be bashed by a strong man.

No he will not call police but he may have a 44 magnum the most powerful handgun in the world and can blow your head clean off. Do you feel lucky? If not maybe you should call the police.

and say what i was having a domestic w/my girlfriend and after someone tried to stop us and i pulled my knife he pulled his gun.
if i believed your story i would tell you
that she (if over 18yo) needs to report that to the police
and you would just be a whitness for her case
the police would investigate and get all 3 stories and do what was needed.
and if the police did contact you i hope you have a carry permit for your gun and it's registered to you if required by your state's laws.

why would you worry? is the gun not registered to you? do you not have a concealed permit to have it?
You could/should be the one filing a police report along with the girl.

Who cares if he does, why didn't you call the police on him? You rescued the girl, call the police, she could be in danger.
