rapid weight loss results in nothing but the lose of excess water when stored nutrients are metabolized. the body does not go from a state of fat storage to a state of rapid fat loss, it's a basic function of human biology.

its not impossible like others are saying but it is very very difficult... If you follow the Mike Dolce diet it may help, after all he has helped some UFC fighters lose 20 pounds in 24 hours.

Conmplete impossible but......howver you can not eat after 6:00 pm and eat sumthin in the mornin (not a lot of sugar)so u wont be hunry later and if u do get hungry eat fruit or vegtables

It can't be done. Even if you starved and exercised like crazy I doubt 20lb would be doable in a week and that would be VERY unhealthy. 1-2 lbs a week is a healthy weight loss goal.

starve yourself maybe but that really sucks!
and work out
but it will take months to lose 20 pounds
so just eat vegies, fruity cereal diet,excersise ,and go to weight watchers weekly

Not possible.
Even if you tried a detox diet or such, you may loose 10 lbs in a week---BUT BUT BUT it will mostly be water weight.. so you'll still have the fat.

Impossible, even starving yourself couldn't achieve that. Liposuction possibly, but that sounds kinda painfull.
