It could be excema, which is just dry skin in certain spots on your body, which could make sense as to why you get it in the winter. But the fact you've been using lotion confuses me a little. I'd say just make sure you're using moisturizing lotion plenty, and if it continues, see a local dermatologist.

This can be a symptom for several different conditions. It is important to see a doctor soon. It could be something as simple as a mild allergic reaction or as serious as the body storing excess sugar because your pancreas isn't producing enough insulin. Stop procrastinating and see your doctor immediately.

I think you should see your Doctor and see what they think first thing !! If your worried about it and Only your Doc can tell you what is really wrong!! Because on here all we can do is really guess! And it could be any thing, you know !!! I'd say don't worry to much, sense you've had it for 2 yrs. already and haven't seen the Doc about it and your o.k. !! But you should get it checked out as soon as you can, just to be SAfe !! Good luck when you do go !!

It might be an allergic reaction to something. I don't think any other skin disorders last 2 years.
