No butter, even though it tastes great.
Olive oil but only a little.
Frankly, I like a little baked on bbq if I make it myself.
At the store, some mustard based, no fat mayo. A little bacon crumbles if you are not that sensitive about diet.

tzasikiki sauce mmmm or try a lime vinaigrette. or take half pesto sauce with half a lime.
