I believe so, primarily from experiences I had as a child. I knew my great grandmother better after she died (when I was four), than I did when she was alive. I believe she still watches over me.

do you mean people who have died in this world? I think that they ''watch'' us and protect us. My dad died and I dream of him often. I know he is still around me. You just have to have unwavering faith.
