okay, this can get tricky. for guys please be honest. you can't expect to win if you're holding something back. and EVERY guy has it. so what DO you like and what DON'T you like in a girl......answer accordingly....

Considering that we are all lumped into two groups - either Dogs or Pigs - why should we even HAVE standards?
I like the girl that I am with - and I only have eyes for her!!

What I like most is Intelligence, Compassion, and a Sense of Humour. I would say that I prefer a more fun, outgoing girl - as I tend to be less so myself...
A healthy attitude is a great thing too - the "stuck-up b*tch" is a HUGE turnoff!
Looks are really not that important - but they can help speed things along a little bit (and are VITAL if you are talking about "hooking up") ;);)
As for body types - I would say that a good (as in HEALTHY) proportion is best. Not skinny as Nicole Ritchie, but not as filled out as Roseanne Barr either...
Hair falls into the same category - though I would say that I prefer long hair, it really doesn't matter that much at all. Same goes with colour - though I seem to be a sucker for Redheads ;)
When it comes down to nationality or religious background - I rarely take these into consideration. The only exception is when a girl is FANATICALLY devoted to her religion - as this WILL clash with my particular (lack of) religious outlook ;);)
Is that honest enough for you - or did I miss out on something???

Actually the standard changes on the girl. Personality has a loooooot to do with it believe it or not. But you also have to be appealing to us. If you're not totally brainless, have a good attitude & personality. And are appealing you got it going on =]
ps. confidence makes a girl prettier

What I like in a woman, Honesty, humor, and fidelity, What I dont like is clinginess, and nagging. Also, dont bother me when Im watching football. You have me for the other 6 damn days. Honey do lists suck too. Bad enough I have to listen to my boss tell me what to do, I dont need it at home, Good Day.
