I suppose because you said He won't.
Jesus said "Be it done unto you according to your faith."

Are you really concerned about the amputee that he's not being healed, or do you want to see him healed as proof of God for yourself? Are you asking with a selfish unbelieving heart?

Point is, each one of us is an individual, God knows our hearts completely. He is constantly working with us all. You don't know how God is dealing with that amputee's heart. God might have given that amputee a peace that we with legs and arms will never understand. More importantly salvation, bringing him to a place in his heart where he could expect Christ. God knowing his heart perfectly.
We do not know how God works. His ways are so much higher than our ways. We look at only the psychical, we look only on the surface and make snap judgments about situations thinking we know best, and we know everything that is going on.
God knows if he caused that amputee's leg to all of a sudden regrow everyone would see the miraculous power of God and people would not need to exercise faith anymore. But, if God heals cancer or brings someone out of a coma, he knows the believers we believe and the doubters will still doubt.

Matthew 12:39
But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it

1 Corinthians 1: 22-25
For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

God does heal amputees. If they have the faith. We have had many missionaries come to our church and testify and show films of unbelievable miracles. People with deformed feet and hands that had to be carried in walked out after their limbs grew, or were straitened. An evangelist tells how his young daughter dies in the hospital,Was resurrected after hours of no life. God does heal and he is not a respecter of persons.

When Adam sinned, sin entered the world. Adam’s sin brought death, so death spread to everyone, for everyone sinned.

Romans 5:12

The world was corrupted by man when sin was brought into the world. If someone has a missing arm or leg, as horrible as that is, its not their real problem. What they really have is a sin problem. Without repentance and faith in Jesus Christ they will end up in Hell amputee or not. Have compassion with someone who has a amputated limb but you must give them the Gospel with love.

Maybe we are the only ones that feel they need to be healed. What makes a person normal? It may also be that to God what we view as a bad is instead something that builds something very important and often lacking in our present day-that is character.

arent we seeking the kingdom of God first
isnt it may His will be done thy kingdom come
i dont see nothing wrong with questions, but He is God, some answers we get now, some answers we will get down the road, other answers we wont get until we get to the destination place, but that doesnt change anything, that doesnt mean God wont or have not ever healed one

How is it a " straw man ", Barbie? Typical believer logic.

And to those of you who say we are not a regenerative species. I thought your magic man could do anything. We are not a advanced cancer surviving species, or a blind since birth curing species, either, but spontaneous remission does happen. Not magic.

Matthew 17:20 :
For truly, I say to you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you."

Matthew 21:21:

I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and it will be done. If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer."

Mark 11:24:
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

John 14 :
12 "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I go to the Father. 13 Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son; 14 if you ask anything in my name, I will do it.

Seems to me that jesus says very clearly that anyhing you ask for in prayer will be given to you if you truely believe.

God didn't give humans sufficiant sources of stem cells like He did the starfish and lizards....they can lose a tail and quickly regrow it(or an arm)...but Humans can't. We don't have enough stemcells that the brain can be like "Hey....rebuild that arm"
