I have a few solutions to this problem.
1You can make a rub on decal of the tattoo you want with this special "tattoo" paper. All you do is print it out your design and put it on....you know temporary "tattoos".
here's a website that sells them
http://www.beldecal.com/tattoo_paper.cfm
2. There also henna. It lasts a lil longer but takes patience to use and doesn't come in colors (and anyone who is selling "colored henna" or "black henna" don't buy it because it's not real henna).
here's another link for info on henna and recipes and deisigns..

I know you probably won't like this answer but I wanted a tattoo when I was 16 on my leg, 11 years later, I would be regretting it right now. I got a small tattoo when I was 18 only to get it covered up by another tattoo 5 years later.
Wait until you're old enough to really know who you are before you get a tattoo you will like for a long time.

you should definately ask your parents permission, first because you are only 13 and that makes you illegal on a lot of things, second because some jobs don't hire people with tatoos that are visible, and third because there are some things best left till you are old enough to do things without parental concent. maybe one day it wont be what you want and you can't get it removed very easily..and no one should be touching your body even ankles or wrist without parents with you for safety reasons

No.
You have to be 18 to get the tattoo, end of story.
I got mine when I was 17, but I knew the lady that owned the shop.
But anyway, wait a few years. You might change your mind and find something better that you might want!

honey, you're way too young for a tatoo. even if you could get one now (which i highly doubt is legal) remember that tatoos are forever! i mean, imagine having to look at the same thing every day for the rest of your life. and imagine when you're and old woman, the tattoo will look so gross on your wrinkly skin. if you want a tattoo, why not get a henna? that way you can get what you want, and if you get bored...it fades!

ur to young..i live in baltimore and u have to be atleast 16 and have ur parent sign for ya...i got my first tattoo of a tribal cross on my back and then two days after that i got my daughters name written across my neck..i'm about to get my third tattoo on my wrist of three stars..tattoos ain't all they are made out for..so its best to think this over before you get one and if you really want one that bad look for an outsider to do it..just make sure who ever does it has brand new needles and they sterilize their stuff

Think about it for a while. I have a feeling that, when you're 21 and want to be taken seriously, you're going to end up hating the fact that you got the same tatoo as a celebrity's wife. It'll be one of those "Remember when...." moments.

13 is far too young for a tattoo. Give yourself a few more years. Remember a tattoo is forever. Yes, there are ways to remove them, but it is expensive.
