Etta has a good point. You need to keep to yourself about this guy. That said, document everything he asks you to do. If you have a meeting with him, send him meeting minutes afterward so that he can confirm what you thought you heard. Save all of your emails.
Try to get to know other managers in the area. Sit by them at lunch once and a while and see what you can pick up. Typically people get promoted one step beyond what they are capable of. (That is actually someone's thesis that I heard about, but don't remember who wrote it). Your boss is probably one of those people. He knows he is not going anywhere but may not know why. He will lash out once in a while to "Feel the power".
Sorry to say, you will run into these idiots all of your life. Smile and move on. The smile is because you know they are an idiot and the moving on, is well, moving on!
Good Luck and keep your head up!

Now you know what's in-stored in the corporate world. Bosses come and go - good or bad. Remember you're there as an Intern to learn things so that your "boss" will write a good review about you. Don't burn the bridge. Follow the tide afterall this isn't going to be your permanent job. Learn to think positive.

Yes, I sure can. I am going to give you my 20/20 hind site from the last 20 years or so.
Keep your emotions in check, try not to think about what they might be saying about you, and don't tell him anything that you don't want everyone else to know.
Don't trust him for that, even if he ask you about someone, just say "I don't know". It would not be good for you not to have a job in today's marketplace, there are alot of people looking for jobs.

well, welcome to the real world of bosses... They can be like that I can relate... My boss tells me one minute I am behind you and I'll work if need be and then at the last minute he'll be calling me asking me to come in and work... He doesn't appreciate me and takes me for granted but he can fire me if he wants to be doesn't since I know more about the job than he does... I back talk him all the time but he doesn't do anything but talk to me in his language so I am sure it is not nice...

i think of you are going to be able to desire to easily save doing all your activity as maximum suitable you are able to. you are going to be able to desire to ask your self with reference to the purpose of the cousin who tells you those products. What good is that doing? perhaps he's not being completely honest with you, the two. there is not any reason so which you are able to stop. in case your boss isn't pleased with you, he could say something to you. on account that he hasn't, in simple terms pass on as in case you probably did no longer be responsive to any of this. Frankly, you would be extra perfect off in case you probably did no longer.
