dont eat after 7 your metabolism shuts down alot and stores fat from your food. but eat a breakfast in the morning.
some other tips would be that it is a common misconception that crunches situps and muscle workouts will burn fat. muscle workouts can only workout muscles. a situp only burns a small fraction of a calorie. it take around twent situps to burn a single one. The second common misconception is that you can spot reduce. in other words, that you can lose fat in a single area, like doing pushups to lose chest fat. its kind of upseting that infomercials tell you you can turn your fat into abs by an easy 30 minute workout. its unfortunetly not true. sorry... not the best news. you can even search it on yahoo answers. type... can i spot reduce. the answer will always be no.

the best ways to lose fat are cardio. the best are...

1. running (why do you think cross country runners are so skinny? becase it burns alot of calories.)

2. biking.

3. elliptical.

4. swimming.

even walking is good. keep consistent and you will see results. for more information google best cardio. theres dozens of them. It takes 3500 calories to burn one pound of fat. which is about a handful.the average person burns around 2500 calories a day naturally. without excersise. so if you eat 2000 calories (no bad fats, fast food. ect.). the average person will already be burning 500 calories. mybe more or less for you, depending on your age weight and height. google that to be specific. if you run around 3 miles a day you burn around 300 calories. then in the next 24 hours your body burns twice that much in the next 24 hours trying to grab its extra oxygen it lost. but dont fool yourself. crunches will help. the sronger you are the better youll feel and when you do burn your fat, your body will look much better. also remeber to stay away from carbs. as far as cardio, do what you can, but push yourself. :)

also... excersice your metabolism by eating alot of small meals throughout the day. THE WORST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT IS TO STARVE YOURSELF. it slows your metabolism. your body goes into starvation mode where everything you eat it stores. also you wont be able to keep it up and youll just end up gaining it back.

Hey Diana,
You know I used have a tough time with spelling that word too until I used a little trick, it's the word con and science together. Conscience... and there ya go!

As for your weight loss and it's hard to go on because I don't know what you weigh or how much you want to lose or how tall you are, but I can tell you this, as long as you feel pretty and dress appropriately you can lose that weight over a longer period of time. Quick weight loss is NEVER the answer. When I say dress appropriately, I mean I see young girls wearing certain items of clothing and let's just say, that DON'T look so hot. It takes belly shirt to a whole new meaning! Screw everybody else too! You seem very determined to loose this weight, but I beg you to do it the right way. I did a little digging and I want you to read the article below. If you need any help let me know, but my suggestion is to start some moderate exercise to help you attain your goal. I should know, I train people for a living.

Losing weight isn't really easy, but putting it on is. Stay away from really fatty foods for the next month because it will really help you out. Don't worry after your diet you can eat 1000 calories of whatever you want and you won't gain a pound. Tomorrow morrning start your diet & write down all the rules you can't break as reminders. Eat 800 calories a day of vegtables, fruits, and anything that doesn't contain more then 5 grams of fat. Chocolate is filled with sugar so stay away from that! Soups are really good and so is tea. Coffee can be acceptable during your diet, but do not drink it more then twice a week. Treat yourself to a choclate snake if you want just once a week. Anyways, stay away from the scale for atleast a week or two because the suprise is amazing. Tonight measure yourself and do not go back on the scale from there because it can discourage you to follow your diet. It's pretty simple when it comes to the eating just check the back of the health information sticker. Things you must look out for are 5 grams of fat & no more, a lot of sugar, a lot of carbohydrates. After the first 3 days it will be the hardest because erges may come from time to time to eat somthing greasy and delicious! If you love fruits then this diet will be pretty easy for you. Do not eat past 6 and make sure you eat breakfast each morrning because it will help control cravings. At nighttime exercise for an hour or keep track of the amount of moves you do. 100 crunches, 100 sit ups, 100 kicks on each leg. Increase this rutin by another 100 after your done your first week. Wash your face after workout because sweat can clog pores and that causes acne. You'll start to feel better in a week. You'll notice your clouthes getting smaller. Anways, here's a good tip.
-go out a lot during your diet to keep you from the fridge and keep you active.

(L) kurina .. comment me in a week and tell me your progress if you do my diet.

Have you checked your BMI yet? If not, then do so. If your BMI is high, then perhaps some weight loss is a good idea. If the BMI is in the normal range, then maybe you should concentrate on toning up your muscles.

To lose weight, start walking for an hour every evening before dinner, do not eat any junk food, drink at least 2 litres of water a day and pick lower fat choices at mealtimes.

In general, being the mom of a teenager, I don't support dieting by teenagers except in certain situations (obesity, eating disorders). Teens are growing, and just like a pregnant mom, they need nutritious calories to finish their growth. I think dieting needs to wait until college, at least.

So, that's my position on dieting. Since you very obviously don't agree, try Slim-Fast, icy cold. You have to watch your last meal of the day, and you may have to drink 3 during the day instead of 2, but the nutrition & fiber will be there and you can still eat dinner. I lost 30 lbs.

Otherwise, you know the rules: less calories in, more exercise out. Any time you have a decision between high-cal & lo-cal, you take the lo. Don't let yourself get too hungry, though, and snacking on rice cakes or celery or carrots or apples is always ok. Even on slim-fast. If you really need a snack, consider some of the 100 calorie packs of oreos, or crackers, or cookies, etc. Just eat one package, though. You have to be disciplined!

Have a good school year, sweetie. Take care.

Eat a large breakfast when you wake up to jumpstart your metabolism, consisting of large amounts of carbs and protein (protein slows the absorption of the carbs, and makes for long lasting fuel). Do 1 hour of cardio 2 hours after breakfast. Eat a medium lunch. Wait 1 hour, do 1 hour of cardio. Then eat small meals every 3 hours before you go to sleep. Don't try to target specific spots on your body for toning, since you can't tone fat. Your body will lose the weight in the areas it is genetically told to, ie you can't control it.

Don't touch foods high in refined sugar or saturated fats, and drink only water.

Hey, I go back on the 28th too!

Anyway, you should take 30 minute walks, sucking your stomach in (this will flatten it) and drink 8 glasses of water.

That much water a day will help you to eat less, though eating is GOOD.
But eat fruits, vegetables and if you must eat sweets, take small servings.

Take an hour to dance. Just put on good songs and dance your heart out. ;D

Hope this works! =D
