The best male singer of all time is Freddie Mercury. Obviously.

For Female, Mariah Carey has the best range but I think Amy Millan's voice is timeless and I've never met anyone who hasn't loved it. So she's my best female singer of all time.

Mariah Carey definetely has the best range I've ever heard. She can't be touched in that area. Although Whitney used to have the best melodic voice of her era.
