Once the ceremony is complete, and the new graduates are allowed to 'fall out', you can do all the huggin you want , provided you are discreet. There will be kids at the ceremony, too, so act accordingly.

I was thinking that he already graduated. But you did say that he was hold back for some thing or got delayed for some reason right? But any way I think you are allowed to hug him and kiss him after the graduation is over. But I'm to sure. I will ask my Father in law he has been in the military for over 23yrs or so, and he is a Navy Chief. He should know and trust me he knows a lot very smart Man if you ask me.
You will be able to get together after the sermoning is over. So dress sexy but not like a little h. o. e. just look good for him you know what he likes so put one of those Al-fit's on. Your going to make him happy as hell! Good luck girlfriend do yo thing.

Just make sure you have your ticket or you won't be able to get on base. As the others have mentioned PDA and even holding hands is not allowed while he is in uniform. There was a sailor when my husband graduated, whose parents gave him a necklace as a gift after graduation, and when he put it on, he got his liberty taken away for the whole weekend (he was not allowed to leave base and see his family). So just be aware. Also, your boyfriend will not be allowed to stay with you at night, he must return to his barraks by a specific time. Otherwise, have fun! Congrats to your boyfriend!

Dress sexy as hell, look good for your Sailor. Remember he hasn't had anything for 10weeks. So prepare to be assaulted by a Naval Barrage that will rival Admiral Farraguts!!

no EXCESSIVE PDAs.. a quick hug and smooch on the cheek is fine. No tongues, no hands down shirts, no holding hands.
Since he will be in uniform the entire time, you will be very limited as to what you can do.

They say no PDA, but they won't say anything about a quick hug or a quick kiss.

If they are in uniform you can't. That is a no-no (of course I've seen high ranking officers who broke that rule without caring). Congrats. on him for serving his country.
