Transaction fees can be brutal.

For that matter, since God can forgive everyone's respective sins....why did Jesus have to die at all?

***Please no "God murdered his son to show us how much he loved us" until you pause to realize how absurd and apologetic that is.

Neither. He paid with blood. His blood.

There is no forgiveness for sin without the shedding of blood. And in the case of mankind, that blood had to be from one without spot or blemish; sinless.

The only person ever to live who filled the bill---Jesus Christ.

It may sound absurd to you, but it's the truth.

If you think transaction fees are brutal--try paying for your own sins. You wouldn't be able to pay even the interest.

BTW: God did not murder His beloved Son. Jesus willingly laid down His life for you and me. That, my friend, is love! :)

He paid with His blood. He then gave you a theoretical "charge card" and sent you a bill. However, when the bill arrived, there was a bloody stamp on it that said, "Paid In Full!"

Now...Matthew 27:22 Pilate said to the crowd, "What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ?" This same question should be answered by you. What will you do with Him. I suggest that you trust in Him.

Jesus payed in Roman denarius. I think god the father lost out on the exchange rate though. Those sins were worth a lot more.

Jesus did not pay for the sins of mankind, rather for the sins of HIS people:

"And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins." - Matthew 1:21.

The price was paid for in blood:

"And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission." - Hebrews 9:22.

If you knew of an Innocent man that had been murdered, would you be upset or would you be happy about it?

If you would be happy or even indifferent, would you somehow be culpable after the fact?

Jesus was murdered by the demands of those Jews who rejected him because they didn't like the things he taught. It wasn't God who killed him, He just knew that they would do it.
He also knew that there would be those who would scoff at His offering to save them from death.

Keep scoffing, death is coming for you one day.

God cant be around sin ........ and since Adam ate the symbolic apple and we are in sin ..... Satan's over there saying humans are lost and they are mine....caused they sinned ...".nanner, nanner boo boo" so God said I love them so much I will let a little part of me die and then through forgiveness they can come back home.

Hebrews 9:22 (KJV)

And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

Hebrews 9:22 (NIV)

In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.

What is with the term * apologetic*, have you looked the word up.......... I do not, can not and will not apologies for what I believe in, just as you say you will not......... and God did NOT, I repeat, did NOT murder his son, Jesus IS God, and Jesus made a CHOICE and it was his choice to be hung on the cross for us......... absurd to you but perfect LOVE to me.......... keep asking all these questions about faith and you might, just might convince yourself it is not real.....or just the opposite, if your not careful...... *wink*............... God bless

heheheheh... like the q. apparently someone has to suffer for someone to get out of their misery.

regardless of the religion, actually this principle is quite true. if there was no great opposites on some levels we would all be living in democracy and not make most of democrat country products in 'slave - like' conditions in China
