No toilet paper does not do a thing for a STD. Only condoms offer protection and that is not 100%. Not having sex is the only absolute protection.

If you walk around wrapped head to toe in Cottonelle, then soak yourself in bleach, and put a polka dot bow on your head, then spin around 3 times, you will be protected from STDs.
Seriously though, if you need to ask this question, you are not ready for sex. No form (aside from abstinance) is absolutely foolproof and people still do get preganant and get STDs, so do not have sex until you are emotionally ready to handle the possibility of a child or a lifelong disease.

Sure it is just find a girl with an STD, wrap it in toilet paper and if your not burning in the morning you are good.

Any brand. Tissues and paper towels, too. Even newspaper, although it's really scratchy. Just wrap it around, put your hand around it and go to town. No partner required, and you'll never get an STD!
