I am 29 6'1 173# I have a hard time gaining weight. I just starting working out 3-4 days a week. On top of weight training I usually walk 3-5 miles every day. I know it is not recommeded to do so if I want to gain weight, but I enjoy it too much to cut back. I have bought all kinds of quality food containing carbs and protien. I also have whey powder and will be using glutimine, creatine, and BAA.
How many grams of protien,carbs,and calories?

Find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter your stats and find out (i personally like the one on hydroxycut website - it show how many what you need - i dont recommend the product though)
