When I was a trucker I used to try to run whenever I could. I would fuel up, then run for 5-6 miles then take a shower. I slept better and got to run in a lot of different places. For diet, buy some fruit and maybe granola bars and eat a lot of your meals in the truck. Try to avoid the regular truck stop fare.

For someone with your lifestyle I might suggest that you need to try for at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. Now here's the good news you can get the same benefits even if you split the 30 into 3 sets of 10 minutes each. Most people can find that much time in their day at some point. If you're on the road take a brisk 10 minute walk or two 15's when you get a chance to stop. Just 10 minutes or more if you can spare it. As far as eating goes. You really need to watch the fast food. But you know that already. Eat what you like but focus on 1200 calories a day. Coupled with your 30 minutes exercise you could lose up to 3 healthy pounds a week. You can up the calories if you're just maintaining your current weight. I don't know how fit you are or if you're doing anything already, how you're eating habits are, or if you have any risk factors that might get in the way of exercise. So please check with your doctor first before starting a plan of any kind to make sure you're fit enough to exercise. Always start slowly and work your way up to your fitness goals. Good luck

it is not real that each and every person pilots are skinny. I worked for some years as an airplane technician at a international airport, and that i'm able to attest that pilots are available in all sizes and types. I even have under no circumstances considered a pilot who replaced into morbidly obese. I even have little or no adventure with truck drivers, even nonetheless, and can't communicate to that concern.

Truckers have a very tiring schedules. They must put their legs a little hihger than their body height immediately after alighting from their vehicle after a long journey for afew minutes to let the blood circulation be normal. Yoga exs will help in a big way too.

How about getting those rubber band things for excercising and excercising for a few minutes at a truck stop.
Rig your truck with speed bag that you can remove when your done and put on some gloves and hit it. It is good cardio.
Put a basketball rim at the back of your truck and play one on one with another truck driver.

they can lift weights when they're at a traffic light, or instead of going to a truck stop to eat, they could go to the gym.
