LOL, you floored me, your question is written in an extremely funny way but I think I know what you mean. The Chinese food you get in the US is not like the Chinese food you get in China. In the US it's more adapted to the US taste. I myself am from Europe and it's the same there, the Chinese food there is not like in China and it doesn't taste the same.

I guess you know that this question is worded in a funny way. LOL.
I travel to China and love the food there but there is no fried rice, fortune cookies or many of the other things I see here in America. Northern China has different food than Canton and other places so there is no one type of food. The coastal cities have a lot of fish and inland stresses more chicken and pork. All like hot tea, no ice in the water, plain and sticky rice and I never saw an egg roll.

I love real Chinese food in every meal that I ever had there. Can't really say the same here in the USA.

The recipes are originally from china. The ingredients are usually from America itself, but some of the good chefs import spices and the like to keep with more authentic chinese taste and flavor. The way in which it is cooked and sometimes the blending of ingredients also weighs heavily on whether it is truly chinese cooking (or food).
