Unless you are trying to convert a txt file, I don't think you are going to be able to find something to compress 100 MB down to 1 MB

Most of time you can only achieve a 25-30% compression rate (as in turning the 100MB into 70MB).

It really depends on your files though. A .txt file can be compressed that much, and a .doc can be compressed to probably about 10MB, but if you are talking about a video or audio file that has already been compressed (such as .mp3 files), you will only bring it down a few MB without losing any quality.

It all depends on what you need to compress, but most likely if it is a 100MB file, it is something that won't have a ridiculously high compression rate.
