If you are drinking directly from a car battery, then maybe yes, as the liquid is acidic. However, if it's just a bottle battery water that you use to add into the battery, then maybe not, as it's just distilled water.

3. If you have and you havent died, isnt your question answered?

is this question for real? The battery cells contain hydrochloric acid, not to mention that the plates depending on the charge positive or negative are lead with a corrosive additive to make it negative charge. It will kill you painfully

car battery water hmmm.... IF you are suicidal then i cannot tell you, why would you drink it or why have you drunk it?
I believe that just a little amount might not kill you but a large amount....
