Richmond has the honor of being the home of the Virginia Commonwealth University Medical College of Virginia. (Everyone just refers to it at MCV.) Located downtown, it looks shabby but it is home to a top notch dental program. You will be able to intern with other established dentists in the Richmond Metro area. You will also be able to get "down and dirty" because MCV is the hospital that is equipped to deal with some really interesting problem cases.
