Blasphemy is a religious concept, and the "holy ghost" isn't even recognized in all of the Abrahamic religions. How is it possible for someone outside those religions to "blaspheme" (when they don't have any such concepts) against a supposed entity that they have no belief in to begin with?

It isn't blasphemy to the person who doesn't believe. It's only blasphemy to the person who does believe and thinks they're hearing something that goes against their beliefs. They can choose to call what was said anything they want.

at first, you ought to study Matt 12:22-32 to get an entire image. In verse 22 & 24: After Jesus healed a demon-possessed guy who replaced into blind & mute, the Pharisees accused him as Beelzebub(the ruler of demons). and that i've got faith it fairly angered Jesus to the factor that he pronounced, "whoever that blasphemed against the Holy Spirit heavily isn't forgiven". while Jesus healed the guy, he replaced into doing it below the capability of the Holy Spirit. So by potential of conversing against the artwork of Jesus, the Pharisees replaced into surely conversing/blaspheming against the Holy Spirit. pondering that the Pharisees are people who understood the old testomony/rules o.k. and yet they spoke evil against the works of Jesus. This certainly is an extremely extreme sin and could by no potential be forgiven! i assume you may discover it difficult to understand except you have gained the baptism of the Holy Spirit and are working interior a similar capability as Jesus.

Believing that there is no sun will not make the sun disappear. Not believing in the Holy Ghost is not goint to make the Holy Ghost unexistant. Anyway, in the context in which Jesus spoke about the unperdonable sin, blaspheming the Holy Ghost, he was saying this to religious people who knew the law. Also, I am not a Theologian but, my understanding of what this unperdonable sin is, is when you attribute to the devil the works of the Holy Ghost. So based on these points, I would say that God will not hold this sin against them that have not knowledge of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I cannot say the same for Christians that deliberately fall in this sin.

In order to blaspheme again the Holy Ghost...one must have a testimony given to them FROM the Holy Ghost and then, knowing you have recieved this testimony...deny it.

Hope that helps.

If you don't know the Holy Spirit, You cannot blaspheme against it. You can reject grace and salvation however, by denying the Holy Spirit.
You can also become a great sinner,a person without love, a hater such as a murderer, who sins against the Spirit. (1 John 3:15.) or someone who does not love their brother.

I think it's possible, but to receive full credit, you should probably convert before you blaspheme. Otherwise, it's like you've only hit one of three on a three-shot foul. There's a sliding point scale kinda like Dante's Inferno, where you aren't gonna make the boiling oil unless you fall further into disfavor. Right now, you'll just get your hair singed.

If you dont believe in this religious concept, why do you care? Do you really have no belief? Its good to question ourselves, thats how we grow.

The primary purpose of the Holy Ghost is to reveal Jesus to the lost soul. Blasphemy is a continual rejection of his work in your life and is the only sin the God sees at the judgment since Jesus died for all of mankinds sins. The scripture even states that it is the unforgivable sin.

I don't care about Aramaic religions, they lost their way a long time ago. If the Holy Ghost is blasphemed knowingly or unknowingly, it is sin and it shall not be forgiven.
