heres the deal. Every time I have an ache or pain, i think its serious, and its not. Example: i have a headache, i think its a brain tumor. Its just a headache. Does this need counseling, or is it just something i need to learn to "shrug off"?

if you can learn to shrug it off that would be great. If not seeing a psychologist could help you keep things in proper perspective.

There is a chance that you are a hypocondriac. it is not life threatening, but it coukd cost you a lot of money if you get a lung transplant for a cold. You should see a psychologist.
