You need to go and sit where they can see you. I mean almost right in front of them if you can. Then look at one, when he sees you looking at him just smile at him in a kind and sweet way. Then see if he comes over to you. You could always go up to one of them and in a sweet voice ask for help with something, finding a book, or how to find a book anything. You just need to make eye contact and smile at them and when you get a chance talk to them. Keep it simple but sweet. You know ask how they are tell him you have seen him in here before (if you have seen him before) that will let him know you like him a little. Then just go from there. Best of luck to you. :)

I suggest you go and talk to them. They are probably as shy as you are, so you have start talking to them and don't give up if they don't continue the conversation. So just go for it, you'll never know what will happen until you try

Not exactly sure of what your asking but, try sitting down next to him/them when your studying. Ask him a question and let him answer, then you can start to chat a little...
