"Will you please come serve the Lord Jesus, the God of Mercy and Love, or else you will be soaked in Satan's Habanero marinade and slow roasted over the Mesquite fires of Hell for all of eternity while Televangelists slather Capsicum barbecue sauce over your naughty bits"
Too heavy handed?
How about these?
"Christianity, Come be all that you can be"
"Jesus, he's not just a man, he's the Savior"
"The few, the proud, the Christians"

Appeal to me? If hell were promised to look and feel like the north shore of Lake Tahoe, California, on a balmy summer afternoon, I would start sinning up a storm, even more than I already do.

Actually the idea of Heaven terrifies me. Eternal existence. Obviously people who talk about an afterlife in those terms have not thought about what it would really mean. In eternity, the greatest bliss would become indistinguishable from the greatest torment.
The glare of eternal existence is probably the most horrifying concept that the mind of man has ever conceived.

I have to agree with barrel_o_heathen.
I had an ex-GF that was stuck on it's a small world (the drive train broke down but the singing went on), while frying (LSD), with Danny Elfman.
She said it would have been the epitome of hell (he actually played the devil in at least one movie) if it was not for the fact that he was so fun.

Well, the Christian's heaven is far more scary to me than their hell. Traditional heavenly scenes show the spirits of deceased humans as angels with wings, white robes, and halos, sitting on clouds, strumming on harps and singing praises of hallelujah to God. Is this what you want to be doing for the rest of ETERNITY?
Jesus claims that in heaven, all tears will be wiped away and all things will be made new (. As human individuals we must have memory of our past experiences for our lives to have any meaning to us personally. If your memories were taken away, the person you were would cease to exist to you, so conscious memory of who you are (self-realization) is what gives your life true meaning.

Well, it would be creative to throw in more descriptions of what they think hell would be. Hell for me would be a cramped stuffy room that smells like old ladies and urine, with doilies all over, and nowhere good to sit.

Weary? You need a better diet or something, it doesnt bother me at all, in fact, its a great source of comedy. Now, the Jihadists who want to hasten my trip to the fiction of hell, those are the ones to worry about...but you knew that...right?

If I knew that if I didn't convert I'd be condemned to spend an eternity listening to Bon Jovi songs, I would do anything to avoid this super horrible fate!

But it's never been persuasive (at least since I've been an atheist). Threats of the Christians hell are kind of like threats of the Quetzalcoatl hell. "Yeah, and.....?"

Hell is good enough for me - I'm a working-class person, with no delusions about my relative worth.
