Stag Party Ideas...Non Stripper Please?

Question

We'll be having a mixed Family Stag, about 20 guests are expected.
The object is for attendees to pay a certain amount, like $25, to cover the food exspense as well as contribute to a gift for the Groom.

Any Ideas??

It will be Men only, varying in age from 20 to 60.
Cost is really an issue because the guests are expected to put in for a gift as well....so anything additional will hinder what the Best man can purchase from the gift money.

It all depends on the age group and if its going to be mixed gender. A good idea for an all male is a poker night. My husband id throwing his best friend a party in a few weeks and on day one its BBQ and poker, but there will be other activities for the men who are out early such as ping-pong, and a sporting event on tv. On day two they are all going to lunch and to go shoot pool, on the third day they are going paint balling. It is supposed to be whatever the groom likes, its his day, make sure hes happy and having a good time before anyone else.

Load up on different food from Cosco (One time I had a limit of spending $100 there on a party and was able to buy a load of sandwhiches, wraps, veggies, junk food, drinks.
