I changed a password and the USB Drive said that it had to clear everything on it.................i accidentally pressed "ok" and lost many important items, including a piece of work i had been working on for days... please help.

I am of the opinion that files deleted from a flashdrive are gone - but the link below suggests otherwise. Take it for what its worth.

If your USB stick has a password then it probably also has a secure erase and stores data encrypted anyway. You can try a file undelete, but it probably won't work. Just restore them from your backup.
