Breast cancers are usually hard rice or pea size lumps in the mammary glands near the nipples. Cancerous tumors are all generally hard. Softer squishy lumps that feel like grapes or raisins are usually cysts. There are some lymph glands up further in the chest area that could be cancerous, but usually breast cancer is down near the nipple area.

It could - get her to the vet, get it checked, and figure out how to help your dog shed a few pounds. Obesity is a problem for dogs too.

Could be...most likely it is a "fatty" tumor...take her to the vet, and ask for a biopsy...they're really not expensive, and it will help to put your mind at ease.
