Has anyone read the "Skinny B***" book and lost weight?

I'm very interested in purchasing this book and I was just wondering if anyone has had any success stories after reading it. Thanks!

I read it really fast while being in Barns and Noble and it doesn't give you any construction - i got impression they wrote it more like vegetarians trying to convince other women to become ones.

chances are it wont do nothing and is a gimmick
