Hitler did not truly believe, or he would not have done what he did.

I am offended by your implication that I am no better than Hitler. I've taught learning disabled children and crack babies, and fetal alcohol syndrome children for 26 years. I spend thousands of dollars on these children.

I would be willing to say that I have done more good in 26 years than many people who are so critical of me (as a Christian.)

Don't be so quick to judge.

It's not kind. It's unfair.
Think about it.

Surely you are intelligent enough to know that Hitler's actions were not Christianlike and that all Christians are not racists. If you do think that, you are a racist yourself.

Have a good day.

I don't just believe He exists, I believe Him ! I believe He is the Son of God & I believe He died on the cross for us all , so we could accept his forgiveness for our sins, and ask Him to be my Lord & Savior, and have a personal relationship with Him & praise Him & worship Him every day, just because of who He is. Hitler never felt that way about Jesus ! Do you see the difference ?

Hitler professed to be a Christian, although many insist on denying it.

I want to say something about hate and bigotry = Chrstianity here but I will bite my tongue.

If Christians truly followed what Jesus said and only what Jesus said, the world would be a better place.

yes, to truly believe means more than to simply "acknowledge", as you stated correctly even the demons believe; also note Mark 16:16.

Anyone can claim to believe in Jesus, however, true believers will be evidenced by their fruits (actions) in which they live by the Holy Spirit, who is only given to God's elect, true believers:

John 7:39 - (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

2Corinthians 4:13 - We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;

Yes, you must realize you are a sinner (we all are) and you need to know that Jesus died on the cross for all of our sins, past present and future, and that He rose again on the 3rd day and is alive and well in heaven with God! If you truly believe that then you'd ask Jesus to be your Lord and Saviour.

In other words, you'll try to live your life to please Him. We'll still sin, but we try our best. He is in my heart and all of my faith is in Him. He loves me more than I can imagine.

And....I believe in satan, but I'm sure not going to hell! I hate him, I don't want to be like him, he's a destroyer, etc.

Any person can say " I believe in Jesus " and still not trust , believe and obey him . James 1:22 " Be ye doers of the word not hearers only , deceiving your own selves ".

Yes, even the demons believe. We must have an active prayer life, shedding the old carnal nature to make way for the new creature created in Christ. We must reapply the blood of Jesus, for we alone are not righteous. We must submit to authority, for the Pastor/Shepherd, it is God, for married men, its the Pastor/Shepherd, for married women, it is her husband, for her children, it is the mother. We must act on the conviction that God works in our hearts, moving towards holy activities, actions, words, thoughts. We must repent unconfessed sin and leave it at altar, the foot of the cross. We must forgive one another, and when we do, God will forgive us. We must give back to God what we have borrowed - this includes tithes. We must be charitable to those that do not have many things to survive. We must do all of these things without expecting anything in return. We must obey God, and when we do, He will fulfill all of our desires, for the glory of His kingdom.

God Bless You in your budding ministry, always!

Yes, you have to trust in Him and seek Him in everything, so that He can direct your path. The most important thing to God is obedience, He says it is better than sacrifice.

New Start,
Absolutely! To become a Christian, we are told that we must HEAR the WORD in John 6:45, Jesus said, “It is written in the prophets, And they shall all be taught by God. Therefore everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me.” We are also told so in Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. We are told the we must BELIEVE in Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. We are also told so in Mark 16:16, Jesus said “He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.” and in John 5:24 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life. We are told that we must REPENT (or turn from sin) in Luke 13:3 I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish. Also in Acts 17:30 Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent. We are told to CONFESS CHRIST in Romans 10:9-10 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. We are also told in 1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. We are to be BAPTIZED according to Acts 2:38 Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” and Mark 16:16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. We are to CONTINUE to be FAITHFUL UNTIL DEATH according to Revelation 2:10c Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. We also know that Paul wrote in Romans 14:12 each of us shall give account of himself to God. It is important that we not ignore what is written, change what is written, or add to what is written in the New Testament. It is our Christian Guide. Have a great week!
Thanks,
Eds
