Well, you can take her to Petsmart for the rest of her life or you can get her used to getting her nails clipped at home.
Try taking her for a good walk first so she's really tired out and calmer. Then, the first few times, sit on the floor with her and play with her feet. After a couple days of that, hold the clippers close to her nails and only pretend to cut - this way she gets used to the sound the clippers make. By the way, you always need to be very calm as well as gentle with her feet.
Then, when she's gotten used to all that, clip off just the tips of her nails. If she doesn't let you do all her nails, that's ok, finish the rest the next night. Lots of very quiet praise for being good while you're clipping, then give her a really good treat when you're done.

If your dog is hyper, then trimming nails would probably be a two-person job.
You can get a friend to help you if you'd like.
However, if you have never done it before, then it's best to get your dog to PetSmart or another grooming place where the people will be more experienced. That way, the chances of you and your dog getting hurt in the process is little.
You can also try calling your vet to see if they give pedicures.
I volunteer at an animal hospital, and we do pedicures. If a dog is hyper and aggressive, we put a muzzle on the dog and lay it on its side. Usually, it is at least a two person job.

Restraining a dog only increases their instinct to fight you. The better thing to do is give a treat before you start and then a treat after each nail. If even that doesn't work, you may want to have a groomer do it.

Having someone else hold her while you clip her nails would make things easier. If that doesn't work, take her to a professional. It's usually pretty cheap, and they do a good job at Petsmart (used to bring my cat there to get his nails clipped but I do it myself with no problems now.)
Best of luck.

You might try getting her comfortable with you touching her feet. When she is around randomly rub her feet or touch her. Let her know that it is ok that you are touching her feet. It will be tough, but it can work for some dogs. You just have to be patient. Restraining her wont solve all of your problems, you first have to be sure she trusts you touching her feet.
Good luck! I know its hard.

if you dont feel comfortable take her to a professional. if you want to sit with your feet straight out in front of you place the dog upside down between your legs and GENTLY squeeze your legs together to hold her and then just clip her nails!

my acd is hyper too and hates having his feet handled.
i take him to petsmart or a groomer to get them done.
that way i can hold him and they can have 2 free hands to trim with.
if you can get a friend or family member to help that might work
but just remember = he wiggles for me no matter how many ppl hold on to him... lol

Have someone feed her treats while you cut the nails. Do it more often and she will get used to it.
