when medicaid is secondary and Tricare is the primary ins. will the medicaid covers the primary ins deductible.

Best thing here is to check this out with your caseworker. The Medicaid rules can be as complicated as Medicare. Good luck with getting them on the phone.

Are you absolutely sure that Tricare is primary? My experience has been that military insurance coverage is secondary... Always... At least it is to Medicare and to private insurance.....

Just want you to be swure that medicaid is acutally secondary. With Tricare being secondary it normaly picks up the balance of the primary!

It doesn't seem like it should be possible to have Medicaid and a primary insurance. Medicaid is for people who do not have ANY insurance at all, I thought.
