Does anyone know why I cannot change my desktop background? The only thing I can do is change colors.

Right click on desktop, click on personalize, click Desktop Background on the menu that pops up, youll be able to change ur bg from there, or simply, just right click a picture and chose 'set as dsktop background'

so if you right click in the desktop area and select "properties" (XP) or "personalize" (Vista) you don't see a tab for wallpaper? Wierd...
