Grapes are very dangerous to give to dogs because it can cause kidney failure. I would suggest that you don't allow your pet to eat as many as he would like to. Our dog also likes grapes but only gets one at a time but not everytime we have grapes. Good luck

A person posted a question last week after their dog ate raisins. The dog was in kidney failure and in intensive care. Never, ever grapes. Very toxic.

Actually.. no =/ Grapes have a chemical in the skins that are toxic to a dog's liver and kidneys. Onions, prunes, and raisins (duh) are the same, they are actually dangerous to feed to dogs and cats. Take away the grapes, don't give him anymore, and watch him closely for any signs of illness, namely vomiting, lethargy, or diarrhea.
