I've tried the systems Seashore, Poster Paint and Tux Paint does not work for me.
Seashore doesn't have solid colors, only textures. Does anyone know any sites where I can download free Paint system for Mac OSX. I would like it to be able to open a file, so I can edit a picture I drew.

This seems to be a question that a lot of people ask, but nobody can give a good answer. I'm not sure that even I can, but I'll list some paint programs that run on Mac OS X, and let you decide from there:

CinePaint - http://www.cinepaint.org/ Seems to be designed more for editing frames in videos.
