you're going to have to see an orthopedic doctor to get help with this problem. There's nothing anyone can do for you on the internet.

i'd suggest going to see a physiatrist first (an MD that specializes in musculoskeletal and nerve conditions without using surgery). he or she will do an excellent exam and determine if you can avoid surgery from an orthopedist.
