The middle part of his back looks so clustered and greasy. Or should I just not touch it at all?

i use advantix also. i usually wait until it dries and then brush. I guess it's no problem as the directions say you can even bathe the dog once it's applied.

It would be best to leave it be for the rest of the day. Give the K9 Advantix time to do it's job.

Just of the top of my head, i wouldn't see why not. It's suppose to absorb into the skin not the hair. That's why it's so great. You can brush or wash them with it on.
I thought once absorbed into the skin it kills parasites. It don't go on the hair. Thats what's so good the parasites bite the skin and they die.

It should go away within the day anyway. I wouldn't brush it until completely dry.
