Take her back to the vet, she could be having a reaction to the medicine the vet gave her.

Was she scratching before the pill? They have allergies too
You really should get the flea treatment ask the vet on age. It's a tiny vile you rub behind the neck .Is her box on the floor?
There are mice fleas too. Stop the med and see if she stops
the scratch. Give her a warm bath start over, keep her out of
draft from air conditioners. puppies are kinda like babies.

ring the vet that gave you the pill it could be a reaction to it. also it could be fleas if you took her to the vets well the best place for an animal to get fleas is from the other animals waiting to see the vet too fleas can jump

I would call the vet to make sure it's not an allergic reaction to the pill. It could also be fleas even if you have an indoor animal they can still get fleas.

If you are certain that there is no way she could have gotten a flea or tick then it my be a reaction to the medicine or maybe something bit her either way it would be better to take her to a vet.

hmm..
-it could be allergies (allergic to nature , or even to the medicine you gave her)
-she might have fleas .. they can easily get them whereever unluess you have medicationn for her.
id take her to the vet an have her checked

It could just be allergies, my dog goes crazy quit a bit. There is a hydro-cortisone spray that you can get for your dog that will relieve their itch for a while.

probalby fleas you can bring tehm in with you then they live in teh furniture and rugs and jump on teh dog to feed
