I have tried so many things. She don't do it all the time. We take her with us alot of places, and I think it may be anxiety when we leave. I have had her tested for urinary tract infections, and she has never had any. Any sugestions?

Get a trainer or go to obedience class. If your vet said she is fine, physically-speaking, it probably is anxiety-related, and should be relieved by training. Good luck!

Well first i don't think i would let her run lose while your gone she could get into something. Also it lets her know she's being crated and not to use the restroom in her cage. I've had dogs that would do that every so often but once i started placing them in the crate i didn't have that problem anymore.

You need to catch him in the act. And when you do punish him for it. Do it repeatedly for each time you catch him in the act. Rubbing his nose in it just won't work for a dog his age.
