Go magnetic. There are some clip-ons that make it look like you've got lots of piercings. I didn't let either of my kids get a piercing until 15. Sorry guy.

It's not that hard to pierce your own ears. I've done it and know many friends who have pierced their noses, ears, belly buttons, etc. Just go to one of those piercing places with your friends and buy a pair of earrings that are nice and sharp. Disinfect the earrings and your skin with rubbing alcohol and have a friend draw a little dot on each of your ears where the earring should go. Look in the mirror to make sure you approve. Then have a friend just push REALLY HARD with the earring in your earlobe. Stress to her to push hard. It hurts a lot less. (Although if she pushes slowly the pain is still minimal. Nothing compared to bad cramps.) (btw you can also do this by yourself, without a friend) Once your ears are pierced, spins the earring in one complete circle once a day, and clean between the earring and earlobe with rubbing alcohol daily. Keep the earrings in for about a month before taking them out at all, or your ears will close up immediately. If after that month you decide you don't like the earring, just take them out and the holes will close up in a few weeks. BTW, your ears most likely won't bleed at all. And as long as you sterilize everything properly, the only difference between doing it yourself and going to a "professional" is the speed at which you get your ears pierced. They got a nifty little gun that they push a trigger and the earring shots into your ear. But all you really need is a hand to do the same thing Edit: This isn't really for you, but for anyone else reading that is interested in this..... Never NEVER pierce your own tongue. Major arteries run through there and you run the risk of bleeding to death. Also, don't pierce your belly button if it's an outie.

My mom wouldn't let me get my ears pierced either. She said she would sue anyone who did it. So I pierced my own and just lived with the flack. wtf what's a little hole in my ear gonna do if I keep it so it doesn't get infected? idk can't tell you to do the same as I did. But that's my story. Now every piercing I have, I've done myself. I like it better that way, I have all the control over size, and placing. Just pinch it until it's numb, it's not so bad. I didn't say any of this.
Peace

Wait. He obviously thinks it is a statement about more than your ears, ask him about his fears then, calmly and rationally, show him example of people he would respect with holes in their ears.
If that doesn't work, and it is that important to you, go get them pierced and live somewhere else...life is a giant trade-off and you might as well learn that earlier than later.

Get one of those good fake hoops. The good ones will stay on pretty well. No point in going against your Dad. He'll probably let you do it when you're older.

Listen to your dad and stop trying to dress like a girl.
Get a haircut too!
Then when your 18, join the United States Marin Corp so you can grow a pair.
