Do you cheapen yourself by having a one night stand, or is it just harmless fun? What do people think of people who don't/do indulge in it? Opinions?

I believe it is acceptable as long as you are capable of having real relationships too. If all you do is go out and have one night stands you have to ask yourself what you're doing with your life. Once in awhile its a good way to have fun and let loose, as long as you're not in a committed relationship

If your a single person and you go out to the local bar or even further away and your out to have a good time but not necessary looking to have a one night stand. There are times you can meet someone who you get along with really well and things feel right and flow naturally. I see no guilty or shame in that as long as it feels good from the heart and it's not a every weekend occurrence.
But if you go out and the one night stand is all your looking for or in guy terms you go hogging. Then that would be kinda putting your self out there in the slutty realm of things. (Male or female)

I think i wouldnt be standing at all, i would be laying on the bed. As much as i would like to say "oh yeah you should really save it" sometimes i get the urge for a concensual no strings attached night of fun. Provided both parties understand then nature of it then i see no harm.
I mean if it can stay that way i mean :)

One night stands are slutty but okay just be safe. I mean thats the most you could do but it's only desperate guys and girls go that far to have sex. A real man will have sex with his girlfriend or someone he knows and a real girl with dignity will only lose their virginity to a guy that they know or like. If they are not losing their virginity it's most likely after a long term relationship or something. All i say is use condoms and if you can avoid it then avoid it.

i'm a guy and i love one night stands. i do think it's just harmless fun as long as i use protection you know then its all fine and dandy. anyone who hasn't had a one night stand should because they're loads of fun and give you alot of confidence as well as experience if you know what i mean :)

Meh. Ive never done it, but looking forward to it. Who cares, its just harmless fun. People treat sex as something precious when its really not.

I have never had a one night stand with a stranger usually with a friend ive known for a while... its safer in a way

I would never have a one night stand because I feel it would lower my morals but if others do it then they have to live with the consequences.
