pimples on your forehead are related to your intestinal tract. be sure to get plenty of fiber and eat healthy. start a good washing regime, i like the following products: purpose face wash, neutrogena daily scrub gentle and queen helene's mint julipe face mask. did your doc put you on pills for acne or just topical creams? if the creams didn't work, i would ask for pills. also, ask for light treatment once a week. it will help to dry out your skin.
the comment about hair products is good as well: grease from your hair, if you have bangs, can lead to pimples and hair products, like hairspray, can clog pores.

I honestly find the simple methods, the most effective. Get a decent face wash, one that works well with your skin. Figure out what skin type you have and go from there. Wash morning and night, without fail and always remove all traces of makeup if you wear any. Get a moisturiser for day, and a night cream. Moisturise your face morning and night after cleansing. Exfoliate once a week but be gentle. Face mask once a week to a fortnight. And to use directly on spots, antibacterial creams such as sudocrem, savlon or germaline work great on spots. A dab of perfume on them (as long as the spot is not open ie from picking *dont pick!*) on the spot will also help dry it up, make it smaller and reduce redness without drying the skin around it. Just dont use much. I personally find acne treatments are far too harsh on the skin. It may get rid of acne, but your skin gets so so dry, and sometimes acne treatments have left my spots even more inflamed. It must just depend on the skin type.

Try going to the doctors to get a prescription acne medication. I went to the doctors and begin using this topical cream they gave me in a white jar and it cleared away my pimples. Also, do you have bangs? If so, always keep them out of your forehead. It may be causing acne problems.
For scars, try using toothpaste. I heard that really works in getting scars away. For me personally, my scars have seemed to disappear on its own.

Do you wear bangs? This can cause retention of skin oils... So keep hair off forehead. Or it could just be that your forehead is extra oily right now...
Wash three times daily if possible. Cleanse with hydrogen peroxide....

I agree with the last answer, leave'em alone, they are completely natural. Do not pop them, in some cases they can leave small holes in your skin. Pimples can come with sweat, so pulling your hair back when excersizing excedera.

it might be your hair and the hair products you use on it.
some might contain greases or oils that just keep clogging up your pores if you have bangs or hair on your face.
try to keep your hair off your face especially right after applying any products.

Just leave em alone for a little while. The less you bother them, the more they'll heal.
