seriously. i'm 5'7", 120 lbs...and i still feel like a cow...i'm not anorexic or anything like that...but i do work out and eat healthy...and i'm still not satisfied. what do i do now? i'm happiest (feel better physically and everything) at 115 lbs...is that a healthy goal weight???

oh man. YOUR NOT FAT believe me. i was that. your such a good weight DO NOT lose any more. You probably feel fat due to that bit of muscle that sticks out a bit, its called a pouch. You can get rid of it by doing sit ups but it takes a while and alot of weight, your not fat, your slim. be proud of it.

If you want to weigh 115, go for it and see how you feel. Remember though since you are working out, muscle weighs more than fat so it may take quite a bit to lose that 5 lbs. if you are increasing your work-out. I don't think 115 will be too thin unless you do not feel well at that weight. You usually know when a weight is right for you by how you feel.

You have anorexia.. 5'7 and 120lbs for a girl is absolutely not even close to being overweight. 5'7 is tall for a girl and 120lbs is even less than what would probably be the ideal weight at that height. You could be ten pounds heavier and that is still a perfectly healthy and normal weight at your height.

I like a girl with meat on her bones. Just concentrate on exercising and eating well and let as much of that 120lbs be quality mass as you can.

But honestly if you think that you are fat at that weight, you're suffering from the psychology of an eating disorder. If you dwell on it you just make things worse and it's a self-fulfilling prophesy. Skinniness if overrated.

Honestly you are fine like you are. I doubt you would notice any difference if you lost 5 more lbs. Just remember that weight is only a number.

i feel the exact same way! ahh i hate it! i just wanna be happy with who i am!
i lead a totally active lifestyle and i eat SUPER healthy and i still feel soooo big!
i am 5'5" and 113 pounds and i all i think about is
'if i could just get to 109!'
google, positive body image
im reading stuff right now
and its actually kinda helping!
