yes I would say so cause you really dont know how clean a person is . Ewww....... good luck .

Depends on the circumstances I guess....If you're sitting in a room full of people that you don't know but it's a working environment then I wouldn't think it would be rude, but if you're sitting on a bus and ask someone out of the blue then it could be considered rude.

who cares if it's rude, ur never gonna c that person ever again and so wut if they say no u can just say b that way then, lol
